Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You must be at least of the age of majority in your state to place an order with us or you must have your parents' permission to do so if you are younger than the age of majority.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.  In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Martha Woolf is responsible for all personal information you provide us with or we obtain. It is only available to Martha Woolf and Big Cartel. It will not be shared with third parties. You always have the right to request that we delete or amend the information held about you.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

All wait times for our hand made items are specified in the product's description and do not include the delivery time.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 

The price stated at the date and time of placing the order is the price applicable. Please note that local taxes or charges may be applicable and are at the customer's expense.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your order please contact us at [email protected] within five working days of placing your order so that we may resolve the issue.

Events outside Martha Woolf's control affecting your order will be considered force majeure whereby Martha Woolf is released of our contractual obligations. Examples of such events include but are not limited to natural disasters, government action, new or amended laws, war and conflict, postal strikes and lack of delivery by our suppliers.

None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
