Returns
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please contact Martha Woolf before returning any goods, by emailing [email protected]. You will be entitled to a full refund or exchange minus shipping costs.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds or exchanges will only be issued once Martha Woolf has received the returned goods.
Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds and Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item/s worth over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are an overseas customer, please clearly mark the return package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid incurring any customs charges as the customer is responsible for all customs charges and NOT Martha Woolf.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If a package is unclaimed you may have to pay a handling fee.
Damage or Loss in Transit
If the goods are lost or you notice that they've been damaged during transit, please report this to us immediately by emailing us at: [email protected]
